1. Right to Delete Your Account

WorldPress24 respects your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete or anonymize:

• Your user account (Firebase Authentication)
• Profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Uploaded content (videos, comments, reports), unless retention is required by law
• Metadata associated with your account
• Messaging identifiers (including Twilio-related identifiers)

Some data may be retained temporarily for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, as required by law.

3. How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account, please email: worldpress24e+delete@gmail.com

Include:

• The email address or phone number associated with your account
• Your User ID (UID), if available
• Subject line: “Delete My WorldPress24 Account”

4. Verification Process

For security reasons, we may request additional verification to confirm account ownership before processing deletion.

5. Processing Time

We will process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a valid request. Once completed, your account will no longer be accessible.

6. Children’s Data

WorldPress24 is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.
