These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WorldPress24 mobile application, the website worldpress24.com, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by WORLD PRESS 24 MEDIA LLC (“WorldPress24”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use WorldPress24.

3. User Accounts

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By creating an account with WorldPress24 and providing a phone number, users may consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to account verification, security alerts, and important service notifications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained via an explicit opt-in checkbox during account registration.

WorldPress24 does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages.

Message frequency may vary depending on account activity.

Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Users may reply HELP for assistance.

Message and data rates may apply.

5. User-Generated Content

Users may submit videos, titles, descriptions, comments, and other content (“User Content”).

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
• Your content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Your content does not include hate speech, explicit sexual content, extreme violence, spam, or illegal activity.

By submitting content, you grant WORLD PRESS 24 MEDIA LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, distribute, and moderate such content in connection with the Services.

6. Content Moderation & Removal

WorldPress24 may review, restrict, remove, or disable access to content that, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms, applicable laws, or internal moderation policies. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Deliberate misinformation or fake news
• Violent, sexually explicit, hateful, or illegal content
• Spam, fraud, impersonation, or malicious activity

7. Advertising

The Services may display advertisements, sponsored content, or promotional material. Such content may be targeted or contextual based on user activity, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WORLD PRESS 24 MEDIA LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
